  叶片
  叶片叶身型面多为自由曲面,其型面轮廓以及相关参数的测量与评价较为复杂,一直是航空发动机检测的一个难点。
  目前,航空发动机33%的工作量来自叶片的制造。叶片检测数量大、精度高,要求测量稳定性好,具备适合的测量重复性与复现性。海克斯康计量贯穿叶片制造前、中、后全过程,为航空发动机制造企业提供了适用的测量技术与方案。
  整体叶轮/叶盘
  叶盘是航空发动机的叶片转子,采用整体制造技术而取代了过去多个部件的组合。目前在欧洲,叶盘所有叶片都需要检测,每个叶片检测5-8个截面,测量机的精度一般要求为叶盘公差要求的1/10。
  来自海克斯康计量的Leitz超高精度测量机,通过配备精密转台和QUINDOS软件,提供了完善的四轴叶盘/叶轮检测方案。相对其他方案,测量时间显著减少,测量过程更加的可靠。
  机匣
  航空发动机机匣的特点是形状复杂、壁薄、精度要求高,而加工过程中又极易发生变形。零件在加工机床装夹后,机匣内腔与外壁表面的成型精加工必须一次完成,避免多次装夹找正所带来的产品超差与返工。
  在机测量,即可以方便工件的装夹定位,又可减少工件的周转以及由于超差返工而造成的时间浪费,提高效率的同时,保证工件尺寸的精度以及批量加工尺寸的一致性。
  管件
  航空飞行器和发动机上都存有大量的管件,利用ROMER管件测量系统,可以准确、快速、灵活的进行现场管件检测。该系统是市场上唯一的可移动管件检测系统,测量范围从细电线一直到直径150mm的管件。软件可对管件的长度、弯曲度、回弹度等进行测量,可导入管件的CAD模型,实现测量与CAD的比对分析,使得质量保证更加可靠。
