　　LK高精度非接触三坐标测量机适用于大型平板显示部件等大尺寸零部件的高速、高精度测量。擅长测取接触式量仪所无法测量的各种零部件尺寸。8方向程控LED 环形照明系统、自动影象对焦以及具有扫描功能的激光自动对焦装置均为标准配置。15倍变焦比的5段程控变焦镜组，可以在各段(倍率)间进行自由切换，以满足低倍大视场观察搜索和高倍精密测量两方面的需求。
